Cost Consultancy
Feasibility Studies & Cost Analysis: As we fully understand the technical, financial and contractual ‘due diligence’ requirements that must be met before a financial institution can commit to funding, we act on behalf of the client to establish if the project is viable on an economic basis. We also check cost benefits against the deficits of a project to establish if a positive outcome can be achieved
Cost Estimating & Management: We maintain a large and comprehensive library of current and historical cost data and unit rates that enable us to benchmark and produce detailed and complete cost surveys. We also provide advice on material selection and buidability with comparative pricing studies to establish the most cost-effective design solutions.
Procurement
Concept: We are able to translate our customers’ needs into an exciting and workable concept, linked with the security of a detailed feasibility budget.
Resource/Land Use Consents: We maintain an enviable record for obtaining and delivering consents quickly and effectively. Working closely with local authorities and including them in the design process, we confidentally address and manage all the potential impacts of a development to ensure our clients’ requirements are met.
Construction Design: With a dedicated team of designers, service consultants and engineers, we are able to reduce design times signficantly, ensure buildability and budget remain a key focus, and adapt specifications and design to suit individual client requirements and budget. We take the hassle out of the design process and co-ordinate and obtain all necessary building consents.
