Belvedere Development was formed as a new branch of the company to work in partnership with land owners and developers jointly to bring to life new housing projects.
Two previous partnerships of this kind were for houses built and sold to raise funds for charity. These were the Waipuna Hospice (top photo) and the Bethlehem Foundation/New Zeal Foundation fundraising home (middle and bottom photo). Both of these were at The Lakes, Tauranga.
We have worked on successful commercial projects with NZ Invest, the Lyndhurst Trust, The Waipuna Hospice, and Bethlehem College/ NewZeal Trusts, and numerous other developers over our twenty year plus of business.
